His emphasis is on sight-reading, technique, ear training, music theory, fretboard knowledge, improvisation, composition, and especially performance.
Guy has played the guitar for nearly 30 years, having studied at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, Southern Missouri State University, and Central Bible College. Currently, he is studying with Bill-Board Top Ten acoustic guitarist and world-class composer and producer, Billy McLaughlin. Guy teaches many styles 0 of guitar, including blues, jazz, rock, classical, and contemporary worship. Guy also enjoys performing with drums and percussion and has experience as a sound and video technician and a public speaker.
